Learning may become very challenging when you have a learning disability, but learning can be fun . Everywhere online you can find fun learning activities. Many of these websites are simple and helps you learn so much about lessons you may already know, or lessons you may need some help on. If it's challenging you can always stop and try again later. There are so many websites that help with your reading, math, or history. Check out some of the fun links on the left.
If reading is hard for you, check out some fun activities from the PBSkids.org website. They have games of all levels, skills, and subjects. One game you can find at the PBSKids.org website is "The Spicy Hot Game " it helps you hear the different sounds in words and also helps you build new words. The boats or cars float up and you make the word. If you're having trouble remembering the sounds, just put the cursor on the sound and you'll hear it.
Other games like "Sound Dominoes help you match like sounds. The dominoes are decorated with farm animals. Remember when you do this one, you're going to be matching the sounds and not the pictures.
Once you've had a hand at the word building games and you're ready to jump into reading, try your hand at the Reading Saccades. The activities here will train your eyes to read carefully. They might not be as exciting as the games, but you can practice following the images pop up.
